What are your primary laboratory accreditations?
We are globally recognized and hold multiple certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO/IEC 17043:2023. We are also recognized by the Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF) and serve as GPCB Schedule-II Environmental Auditors
Where are your laboratories located and what are the timings?
We operate two state-of-the-art facilities: LAB-1 is located at Ring Road, Surat, and LAB-2 is situated at Adani Hazira Port. Both laboratories are open from 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
How does DCPL ensure the precision and authenticity of test results?
We utilize a 2-stage result verification process and high-end automated instruments to eliminate manual errors. Our operations are entirely ERP-driven to maintain transparency and include regular participation in Proficiency Testing (PT) programs
How many parameters can you test and across which sectors?
We currently test a comprehensive range of parameters under our NABL scope, serving sectors including industrial fine chemicals, fertilizers, solid or liquid fuels, drinking water, and environmental compliance monitoring. Our capabilities have grown steadily over the years, establishing a strong and industry-leading testing capacity
What is the highest level of detection sensitivity your equipment can achieve?
Our Laboratories are equipped with various High- end sophisticated equipment capable of providing results as per various National and International Methods at Part per Million (PPM), Part Per Billion (PPB) and Part per Trillion (PPT)
How do you handle sample confidentiality?
We maintain a dedicated inward team specifically responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality and integrity of all incoming samples at all times
What internal quality checks do you perform for previously analyzed samples?
As a process of re-testing to ensure ongoing authenticity, we provide spike samples from retained materials at random intervals to our analysts. This rigorous internal check validates the accuracy of our testing results over time
